Preliminary Fish Dissection
Head and Gills, March 23-27, 2007, Species Unknown and Blog Entry * After examining a couple heads, I came to the conclusion when doing a dissection for organs such as the brain, freezing the sample will make it a lot easier to get the organ in one piece. The brain of the fish tore up on a couple occasions, making it extremely difficult to locate as a whole.
